2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings must be made through our official website or approved channels.

• Payment may be required in full or as a deposit before service confirmation.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may attract a cancellation fee.

• No-shows may result in full charge.

4. Access to Property

Clients must:

• Provide safe access to the property

• Ensure electricity and water supply (where required)

• Secure valuables before service

We are not responsible for loss or damage of unsecured valuables.

5. Service Limitations

• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or hazardous conditions.

• Deep stains, permanent damage, or structural defects may not be fully removable.

• Additional charges may apply if property condition differs significantly from booking details.

6. Liability

While we take utmost care during service:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damages.

• Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a re-clean where appropriate.

Refunds are issued at management discretion.

8. Commercial Services

For commercial contracts:

• Terms may be governed by a separate service agreement.

• Payment schedules and service frequency will be defined in writing.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website

• Provide false booking information

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
